Ravensburger Spieleland ‑ the new holiday village

After last year's visit to the Spieleland it was soon clear - we want to spend a night in the holiday village! The children were so taken with the cleverly furnished mini houses in the middle of the amusement park, and we liked the idea too. Adventure!

No sooner said than done, we arrived on a Saturday afternoon, with drizzle and light wind. Not exactly the ideal weather for a visit to an amusement park, one would think. But already at the reception we were provided with "bad weather tips", and when we had moved into our Captain Blue Bear house, the last doubts had finally vanished. Put on your jackets and head out to discover the play land.

Besides the popular free-fall tower with the mouse, Käpt'n Blaubär's rubber cutters, the chocolate factory, soccer goal wall shooting, the traffic school incl. driving test and a ride on the new BIO Metro we visited the animation studio, where we learned how to easily make an animated film by ourselves. New and great even in wet weather is the new chicken coop, where the kids can play around.

In the evening, after a hearty buffet, we ended the day playing together in the juice bar. And looking forward to the night in the Blue Bear house.

Sunday greeted us with sunshine and all the well-known and new water attractions could be tested extensively. Surfers, water police, gold digging, fire brigade, and of course: alpine rafting.

After an intensive, eventful weekend we are sure: Spieleland, we will be back again. Maybe even in the autumn holidays?
