1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RIGHT OF RETURN
Returns are made at your own responsibility and expense.

Items will only be accepted for return if they are completely undamaged and in perfect, unworn condition. They must be returned in their original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging via a Päckli Punkt location (partners include avec, k kiosk, Press & Books, or BP gas stations) to benefit from the reduced return shipping rate of CHF 6.00.

Worn, stained, damaged, or unpleasant-smelling products cannot be accepted. In such cases, we reserve the right to claim compensation.

Here’s how to return your parcel at the reduced rate of CHF 6.00 via a Päckli Punkt:

1. Find your nearest Päckli Punkt in your postal code area here.
2. Create your digital shipping label as a QR code in just a few seconds – no printing required – or contact our customer service at info@stadtlandkind.ch.
3. Pay the return shipping fee of CHF 6.00 directly at the Päckli Punkt.

Alternatively, you may return your parcel at your nearest post office using the Swiss Post’s standard rates.

You can deduct the value of any returned item from your total invoice. If the total amount has already been paid to Stadtlandkind, you may choose between a voucher or a refund. Please note that shipping fees and any CO₂ compensation charges are non-refundable.

2. DELIVERY DEFECTS
We ask you to check the delivered items immediately for correctness, completeness and intactness. Complaints about the scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect deliveries and quantity deviations must be reported in writing by e-mail with a photo within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. The defect will be checked by Stadtlandkind immediately. If the defect is accepted by Stadtlandkind, you will receive an identical replacement item, if in stock. The costs for the return shipment will be borne by Stadtlandkind in this case.
