Joe Sun is the project of an Australian mother who saw the need for simple, stylish swimwear for children that was both environmentally friendly and unisex - pieces to be passed between sons and daughters that were durable enough to last more than a summer. Growing up on the beautiful beaches of Australia's east coast, it was of utmost importance to her that the range was produced sustainably. The fabric, produced in collaboration with ECONYL brand and Healthy Seas, is made from recycled fishing nets and other plastic waste. Joe Sun's swimwear features UPF 50+ sun protection. Joe Sun has set himself the task of deliberately producing in small quantities, the simple styles do not follow trends and are designed to be worn for more than one summer.
