August and September on LouMalou

Every week most of us cook 14 menus. Twice a day. For lunch and dinner. Not counting breakfast and snacks. In order to stir up the everyday repertoire, LouMalou has thrown 6 fast and simple recipes into the round during the last weeks. The spaghetti with cherry tomatoes and burrata, for example. Deliciously creamy and incredibly quick to prepare. Like the tarte flambée with figs and caramelized walnuts. The chicken nuggets take a bit longer, but are worth it. But the fried Pak Choi noodles are on the plate very quickly. The ham bananas are a popular family classic. And the millet bowl is wonderfully uncomplicated and very healthy. Those who are more into chic aperitifs will be delighted by the spinach dip with dried cherry tomatoes. And for the sweet ones there's baked apples with homemade granola  and warm vanilla sauce.

LouMalou has also been working on how to better get children out of bed  in the morning and how to teach them how to handle money. All the places we have mites (and that's more than we think) and how we can contain the mite plague a little bit. And if you need a break now, head to Vevey, because LouMalou knows why Vevey is worth a short trip.
