LouMalou: Favourite recipes 2018

Another year's gone by. In 2018, LouMalou was once again packed with simple and quick recipes that make our daily lives easier. When things have to go very quickly, the vegetable bread or the mushroom slices are so valuable, the latter especially when there is still some raclette cheese left. Teriyaki noodles or fried noodles with Pak Choi bring a touch of exoticism to your home and are also quickly made. As well as the fabulously fast pita pizza, the tarte flambée rolls or the ham bananas - some love them, others hate them. The Spätzli from the fridge with honey cream sauce are ready in a few minutes and with the Bramata - or even faster with couscous - which is combined with lots of fresh vegetables from the oven, we conjure many vitamins onto our plates. And if you really need them, you can keep your head above water with the magic potion Ginger Shot, which keeps our immune system in good shape.
Light food is provided with the parsnip soup, the turnip soup and the celery pear soup. All creamy and nutritious.

And if you like sweets but don't want to stand in the kitchen for long, you can roll yourself some quick pains au chocolat. Vitamins are also supplied by a winter fruit salad and, thanks to healthy apples, apple muffins, apple pie, apple crumble or baked apples. The chocolate or the pear and cinnamon rolls make it even sweeter.
