Shop and support children in emergency situations at the same time

Since the end of last year you can also support the work of the children's rights organisation Save the Children by shopping at Stadtlandkind. When you buy specially marked Stadtlandkind products, part of the purchase price will be donated to disadvantaged children in Switzerland and worldwide.
 

So far, around 650 Swiss francs have been collected for children in emergency situations - a great result! In this way we are helping to give children hope and a future - for example by protecting them in conflict situations and giving them access to education.

And it' urgently needed. As a new report from Save the Children shows, 420 million children are currently growing up in conflict areas - almost one in five children! This means that never since the Cold War have more children been affected by conflict and spend their childhood in fear and worry. Their schools are insecure, their playgrounds become theatres of war and children are forced to leave their homes.

That is what we are fighting against. Together with your support, Save the Children ensures that children in conflict areas receive protection, food and access to education. In so-called child-friendly rooms, they are given the opportunity to play and learn in safety - and for once simply to be children again. Thank you for your help!
