Modern leisure activities for families: In addition to events, Kalinda.net also offers a wide range of holiday courses for children. The site was launched in February 2019 with offers for Zurich and the surrounding area.

The new online platform Kalinda (www.kalinda.net) already lists more than 1,600 activities and holiday courses from over 200 providers in the greater Zurich area - and new ones are added every day.

Kalinda makes it easier for families to plan their leisure activities through a simple and clear display in German and English, quick filtering according to individual needs and valuable evaluations from other parents.

Finally loving children's free time

"The leisure offer for children is extremely large and varied - but at the same time often difficult to find. We want to be the first point of contact for families when it comes to leisure activities with children and make it as easy as possible for parents to spend the time they have with their children in a relaxed and interesting way," says Eva Parth dos-Santos, co-founder of Kalinda. "And this for modern families with every budget, which do not only want to rely on recommendations of the friends and families - or simply cannot, because for example, they just moved or don't have the "proper" group of friends.  The response from expat families in particular is overwhelming," adds Birte Jörn, co-founder of Kalinda.

Kalinda is optimized for smartphones. Especially the younger generations of parents are quickly persuaded by the new online portal.
