Slow Food Market in St. Gallen

On Saturday, 3 September 2022, the Slow Food Market will take place at the Lattich at the goods station in St. Gallen.

We have had our office in the Lattich since this March and feel right at home here.

The "Lattich" association has existed since January 2017 and was founded to turn the wasteland and an empty SBB warehouse at the goods station in St. Gallen into a meeting place.

One of the many projects is the Lattich Building, which is also home to our office. The yellow building consists of 45 wooden modules that are used not only as offices, but also as studios or workshops, among other things.

Wild Carrot
The culinary laboratory "Wilde Möhre" belongs to the event agency Pfefferbeere AG and, like us, is at home in the Lattich.

The restaurant offers fresh, colourful cuisine that, like its home, is constantly changing with new ideas.

Next to the restaurant there is also a shop where you can find various products from the Pfefferbeere kitchen and its partners.

o'pulia is also part of the Lattich-Bau.

In the shop you can find olive oil and all kinds of other high-quality Apulian delicacies.

You get an insight into the production of the home-made products and can also taste them.
