Helping children in hospital

Hospital stays are always difficult. They are even more difficult when you are a child. The white walls, the many visits from doctors, nurses, therapists, the unfamiliar surroundings, the uncertainty of what to expect over the next few days, weeks or months. Then there are the many infusions and tubes that unsettle the children.

The helpiS association wants to take some of this fear away from the children.

Our charity partner this year, helpiS, uses the helpiS to help comfort and accompany children who need an infusion or therapy. The helpiS are plush animals in the shape of a rabbit, lion, monkey, sheep or penguin and they hide the infusion containers. However, thanks to the mesh part on the back, the infusion and the contents of the infusion bottles are quickly visible to the carers at all times. The animals stand for qualities that the children in the hospital need quite often. Reason, courage, strength, trust and humour.

Part of the daily turnover of 24 November will be used for sponsorships

Also this year, we would like to support various charity projects in November and therefore donate a part of the daily turnover of 24 November to this great project. The aim is to generate as many individual sponsorships of CHF 27 each as possible, so that together we can provide a little support for the association on its mission.
