And that's why we are always looking for things that make family life more beautiful. When selecting our labels, we value high-quality materials and workmanship. At the same time, we make sure that our products are produced in an environmentally friendly and responsible manner. Many of our products are made from biological and recycled materials and fabrics. This is how we help to protect the environment and reduce CO2 emissions. Our offer is certified with certified environmental and social standards. In our store you will find local brands with high sustainability standards as well as large brands that pay attention to fair employment conditions in their production facilities.

Sustainability

We must take care of our environment. When selecting our suppliers and partners, we attach particular importance to sustainability. Stadtlandkind stands for a conscious and diligent handling of natural resources. Wherever possible, we try to avoid unnecessary transport routes within our logistics processes and thus promote environmental protection.

Design

We love beauty. And that's why we are constantly looking for things that make family life more beautiful. Our name says it all. "Stadt" stands for urban design, "Land" for functionality and sustainability. That's how we choose our offer: up-and-coming labels from young designers and products from small Swiss brands are represented, as well as internationally renowned brands.

Quality and Purpose

Because good things last longer. When selecting our labels, we attach great importance to high-quality materials and manufacturing. At the same time, we make sure that our products make sense. Textiles that allow freedom of movement for playing, that make our children feel comfortable. Games for the family that celebrate togetherness and toys that make children curious and smart. Because we know that learning while playing is the most fun.

Organic

Because organic is better. Many of our products are made of biological and recycled materials and fabrics. In this way, we contribute to protecting the environment and reducing CO2 emissions. Organic materials are grown without the use of toxic pesticides or genetically modified organisms. This protects the environment and is better for the sensitive skin of children.

Fairness

Fairly produced, fairly traded. Our offer is tested with certified environmental and social standards. In our store you will find both local brands with high sustainability standards and major brands that pay attention to fair employment conditions in their production facilities. We often personally know the creative minds behind the products and therefore know first-hand that their producers respect people and the environment.

Diversity

We are family! Stadtlandkind started as a small family business in 2012, and each day we continue to work with passion and enthusiasm for our Swiss concept store. In the meantime, we have created around 10 jobs and support mothers in reconciling family and career.

We ship climate-neutral

As of 1 January 2020, we are sending all deliveries and returns within Switzerland in a climate neutral manner. With this voluntary additional contribution, the CO2 emissions of a delivery are compensated or neutralised by planting a tree or investing in alternative and environmentally friendly forms of transport.
