Bogolan pillows are a little different from conventional pillows. The back is made of Kiria, a very pleasant and natural cotton fabric from Morocco.

The front is made of Bogolan fabric, a traditional hand-woven fabric from Africa. Narrow strips of hand-woven cotton are sewn together to form a whole piece and then painted with African patterns and symbols using various natural dyes.

The pillows are sewn by the Al Kawtar Women's Cooperative in Marrakech. The foundation employs physically disabled women and helps them lead independent lives. Each pillow comes with four high quality tassels in matching colors.

Size: 50 x 50 cm. Care: The pillowcases can be washed at 30 degrees. The tassels should be brushed from time to time. Information: The pillows are delivered without filling, because the delivery becomes too expensive and there is no suitable filling material available in Morocco. Suitable fillings can be purchased in virtually all home furnishing stores. The cushions are suitable for indoor as well as outdoor use.
