The extremely durable and chlorine resistant 50 Anniversary arena Super Fly Back swimsuit is ideal for competitive swimmers and regular swimmers who are frequently in the pool. The unique design is inspired by the original arena logo from 1973 and celebrates arena's 50 years of passion and love for the water. The open back solution, thin straps and high leg cut ensure maximum freedom of movement, optimal water feel and reduced water resistance. The 100% chlorine-resistant MaxLife Eco material with integrated UV protection UPF50+ is extremely quick-drying and durable. This environmentally friendly further development of arena's MaxLife material contains at least 50% recycled polyester, which is obtained from PET bottles. In addition, the fabric's production process has been optimized to save energy, reduce CO² emissions and reduce water consumption. Each component of the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® has been tested for harmful substances in OEKO-TEX® certified materials and the product is harmless to human health. The test is carried out by independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes based on the comprehensive catalog of criteria.

The arena brand was created by Horst Dassler, sports visionary, son of the adidas founder and CEO of adidas France. During the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, he saw Mark Spitz make history by winning 7 gold medals.
Together with the rest of the world, he marvelled at this athlete who was the first ever to win 7XGold during only one Olympics and at the same time set 7 new world records. Horst Dassler was thrilled and immediately made plans. This was the birth of arena.
