This year, our partner Save the Children is celebrating its 100th anniversary and with it 100 years of tireless commitment to children's rights. To mark the occasion, we are celebrating heroes and heroines for children together with Save the Children. For example, all the mothers and fathers who perform heroic deeds for their children every day or all those who support projects for children in need.
Swiss Charity Gala: August 24, 2019
We are delighted to be part of the Swiss Charity Gala to mark this special year for Save the Children. The gala evening for the benefit of school children in war and conflict zones will take place on August 24 at the Tonhalle Maag in Zurich. Guests will be taken on an inspiring journey through the history and work of Save the Children and enjoy a varied supporting program. More information about the gala and how to join us on the evening will follow soon.
Moderate once together with Stéphanie Berger
The Swiss actress, singer and comedian Stéphanie Berger will lead through the evening program and is looking for moderation support. Children between the ages of 12 and 16 can submit a short cell phone video about hero@savethechildren.ch apply. The closing date for entries is May 31, 2019.
