Children's theater on Wednesday afternoons, a programming weekend for the daughter or learning to film for the son in a vacation course: the new online platform Kalinda (www.kalinda.net) already lists more than 1'600 activities and vacation courses from over 200 providers in the greater Zurich area - and new ones are being added every day.
Kalinda makes it easier for families to plan their leisure activities with a simple and clear presentation in German and English, quick filtering according to their own needs and valuable reviews from other parents.
Finally find a good children's leisure activity
"The range of leisure activities for children is extremely large and varied - but at the same time often difficult to find. We want to be the first port of call for families when it comes to organizing leisure activities with children and make it as easy as possible for parents to spend the time they have with their children in a relaxed and interesting way," says Eva Parth dos-Santos, co-founder of Kalinda. "And this is for modern families on any budget who don't want to rely solely on recommendations from those around them - or simply can't, for example because they have recently moved here or don't have "the right" circle of friends. The response from expat families in particular has been overwhelming," adds Birte Jörn, co-founder of Kalinda.
Kalinda is optimized for smartphones. Younger generations of parents in particular are quickly won over by the new online portal.
