Let's think back...
How many hours did we spend in our nursery as children? How many things we learned and discovered in our personal realm. We could retreat to our own nursery at any time. We were allowed to feel safe there and live out our personality. Let's think back and we realize how important a child's room is.
For this reason, Nina Neuweiler, a childminder in the Tempelacker residential grouplaunched the "Children's room" project and developed a concept for redesigning the children's rooms in the residential home. This project will be implemented in summer 2020. The children's rooms have suffered badly in recent years and are now being given a new coat of paint. They will also be refurnished. The aim of this project is to offer every child in the dormitory their own place of well-being.
On the residential group of the Tempelacker St. Gallen children are cared for from birth to pre-school age. We offer eight inpatient and three emergency places. These children are currently unable to live with their families of origin and find a stable environment and safe haven at Tempelacker.
Summer campaign with Stadtlandkind
Stadtlandkind is supporting this project with a summer campaign. On August 11, 10% of the sales from every order will go to this project. The residential group and especially the children are happy about any support.
