At the end of 2014, four young entrepreneurs launched the online store "The House of Bags".
It is the first online store in Switzerland to bring together up-and-coming international and domestic bag labels in the premium segment under one roof.
Big brands and cheap mass-produced goods are nowhere to be found in the online store of "The House of Bags". The start-up focuses on smaller, up-and-coming bag labels that are difficult to find in Switzerland and have what it takes to become classics. The company started with the labels "Campomaggi", "CL Factory", "Reptile's House", "07 14", "Coccinelle", "Caterina Lucchi", "Croots", "The Bridge", "Vaca Vaca", "Esperos" and "Tuscany Leather". "We focus on the shooting stars among the bag labels that deliberately produce smaller quantities, use only the highest quality materials and make most of the bags by hand," says co-founder Sina Forrer. This makes the store a real insider tip where women and men can find their exclusive favorite piece.
