Let's be honest: balancing work and family often feels very painful. Woe betide you if you have a project deadline that isn't on the day your child is at nursery! An almost impossible situation in Switzerland if you don't have grandparents who can step in flexibly.
Because the four of us at Tadah, namely Sarah, Diana, Julia and Klara, don't always manage the balancing act between job and work with a smile, we set up a coworking space with childcare. It doesn't exist on this scale in this country, but it should, according to our survey of over 400 parents. Since March 28, you can support our big project on the crowdfunding platform "wemakeit". And give as many parents as possible the flexibility they so urgently need. There are some super cool goodies up for grabs: from a yoga class and a soap set to a dip in the ball pool or, of course, a subscription to the Tadah coworking space with childcare.
