DERBORENCE: A GRAPHIC NOVEL Based on the novel by C. F. Ramuz.
Derborence is the story of a mountain. It is also the story of grieving villagers who believe they see ghosts: Of a man who fools around and loses his mind, and of a woman who never gives up hope.

A tragic story, endearing characters and rugged mountain landscapes: Charles Ferdinand Ramuz's famous book lends itself beautifully to illustration. It was chosen to launch the new Helvetiq collection: A triptych of graphic novels from the work of the great French-speaking writer.

Through the adaptation and illustration of Derborence, Fabian Menor has sought to highlight the connections between the characters. He chose brush and ink to visually convey the special atmosphere of the high mountains.

Helvetiq

Helvetiq was created in 2008 with a game about Switzerland. Hadi Barkat, the founder of Helvetiq, was preparing for his naturalization test and asked his Swiss friends many questions about Switzerland. But they knew less than they thought and so the idea was born for the first Helvetiq game, which is now a classic. Now you can find the exciting, instructive, funny and entertaining games and books at Stadtlandkind.
