What we do at Stadtlandkind for more fairness
As you surely know fairness is one of our six core values. But what do we at Stadtlandkind actually do for justice and fairness? One of our concerns is our social commitment to the reintegration of people on the margins of society. To this end, we provide you with various projects and partners from St.Gallen, the region and Switzerland.
An aid project from the city of Gallus
In our last December newsletter, we promised to donate 10% of all orders placed that day directly to the Gassenküche in St.Gallen. With our Christmas campaign, we were able to hand over CHF 1,000 to the Gassenküche St.Gallen and thus enable the purchase of a new steamer. Thank you!

Klar.Doch. - Office service analog and digital (support room), St. Gallen
Since 2019, the team of the Klar.Doch. based in St.Gallen has taken on various tasks in the areas of content management and accounting. New tasks include copywriting in English and German, as well as image editing.
With Klar.Doch.'s broad range of services, we have a flexible partner on our side that we can fall back on for all our needs. Their professional expertise in accounting, sales processing and web and social media support are also exciting areas for us to keep an eye on.
We particularly like the social aspect of the Klar.Doch.which makes people fit for the primary labor market and thus trains a sustainable workforce.
The Quimby Huus in Winkeln
Some of our products not only come from the region, but are even produced by people with physical or mental disabilities produced. One of our partners is the Quimby Huus in Winkeln, which provides living and working facilities for people with physical disabilities, brain injuries or progressive illnesses. All products are made with love.
The Heimstätten Wil, the Palettino springboard and the Dielsdorf women's prison
Our children's necklaces and cell phone necklaces from Pirates & Ponies are produced by small teams in the homes Wilthe Springboard Palettino in Zurich and the Dielsdorf women's prison produced.
A global partnership: Stadtlandkind and Save the Children
What is now the largest independent children's rights organization in the world was founded around one hundred years ago. A Swiss branch has also existed since 2006. Together with kidis.ch we also support Save the Children. In our 2nd Fashion Program program, we buy back your used clothes and offer you the opportunity to simply donate the proceeds to Save the Children to donate. Another project was our joint gymbagfrom which we donate CHF 5 per purchase directly. This enabled us to transfer a total of CHF 4,000 in donations through various projects in 2019.
