Senger Organic Cuddly and Heating Bear, Large, Beige

The plush fur made of certified organic cotton is especially soft and pleasant to the touch, while the loose stuffing ensures that the legs and ears move along with the bear when it’s being held—so the bear can also be grabbed by the arm and dragged across the floor. Inside, the base filling consists of sheep’s wool from a wandering shepherd in the Eifel region, complemented by a removable spelt pillow in the belly that can be warmed before bedtime, giving the bear its dual function as both a cuddly toy and a source of warmth. Since 1985, the family-run Senger workshop in Obersinn, Lower Franconia, has been handcrafting its animal dolls—including this bear, which can accompany children from birth and, over the years, become a familiar part of their bedroom.
