"Blink" Flipbook

With “Blink,” you get a small but fascinating flipbook by Lithuanian artist Neringa Mongirdaite that blurs the lines between graphic design and animation. As you flip through the pages, you’ll first see abstract geometric shapes and lines—and then suddenly, you’ll recognize a winking eye. It’s subtle, minimalist, and yet striking. Blink won the Napa Books Flipbook Competition in 2017. If you enjoy minimalist animation, design objects meant for flipping through, and small, pocket-sized works of art, then this flipbook will delight you.
