Game: Aim for Confidence (FR)

Cap sur la confiance is a cooperative game that helps build self-confidence in a fun and practical way. Each player chooses a goal to achieve or a situation to improve, then discusses it with the others to find strategies that are useful in real life. Together, players discuss, share their experiences, and get to know each other better in order to overcome challenges. Inspired by neuroscience research and created by two Swiss educators, this game can be played with family, friends, or in the classroom. The goal is simple: build the lighthouse before the wave is complete, while strengthening confidence in one’s own abilities.
