Sprout Jar for Microgreens

The sprouting jar makes the process clean and easy to manage: The seeds soak in water, are drained, and the jar is then placed at an angle in the stainless-steel rack so that any remaining water can drain out and air can reach the sprouts. Rinsing once or twice a day is enough until you can harvest after just a few days—all without soil and the effort that comes with it. Because the rack takes up very little space, the jar fits on a windowsill, in the kitchen, or on a desk. The included portion of Radish Mix is enough for the first round; after that, the jar can be used with other sprouting seeds.
