BONOGONG! is a musical children’s book that’s joyful and full of imagination. In a faraway forest, two armadillos live peacefully to the rhythm of their instruments and are very attached to their routines. When a trumpet-playing seagull, a cha-cha-cha-dancing cat, and other intruders show up, they chase them away immediately. But one day, a strange melody draws them deep into the forest, to a clearing filled with sounds, colors, and life. With its staged and photographed cut-paper theater, this book invites children to read aloud, play with rhythms, and discover many animals and instruments.
