Myrrh incense resin is the pure resin of the myrrh tree with a shiny brown color that often varies from honey to deep brown. Incense with myrrh is very effective for overworked minds. It unfolds its calming effect particularly well when incensed in the evening, as it shuts down the carousel of thoughts. Together with black copal, lavender or Swiss stone pine resin, myrrh is a wonderful preparation for a restful sleep.
It also increases inner strength when smoked and reconciles you with your own path in life. It is therefore also suitable for bitter, unpleasant life situations, whether current or past. As it is the counterpart to frankincense, which stands for the masculine principle. Myrrh strengthens the feminine aspects.

Effect when smoked:

- Grounding, calming, brings deep relaxation
- Decelerates, dissolves the hectic pace of the day
- Takes you out of your head and into your body

Application: Depending on the desired intensity, place between 1/2 teaspoon and 1 teaspoon of myrrh on the incense burner and adjust the height or on the charcoal. Break the resin pieces into smaller pieces if necessary.
Can be combined well with other incense products to create a mixture.
