It has been tested and meets the safety requirements of the European standard EN 16890:2017. The cover is FKTV-certified and has been extensively tested to ensure it is free from harmful chemicals and allergenic substances. The FKTV certification is a seal of quality that gives you the assurance that the Sebra mattress, co-sleeper is both healthy and safe for your baby. The cover is soft and made of quick-drying polyester and TENCEL™. TENCEL™ is a natural fiber that can absorb moisture that naturally forms when your child sleeps. The combination of these two materials ensures a comfortable sleeping environment with an optimal temperature. Along the sides of the cover there is a wedge of particularly breathable ventilation material that ensures optimal air circulation, as well as a safety zipper so that the child cannot accidentally open the cover. You can open the cover with a paper clip, for example, if it needs to be washed at 60 degrees. The mattress core is made of high-quality cold foam. The foam is LGA-certified and has undergone extensive testing, particularly with regard to health and ecological safety.
