Trauffer Cow 1, lying down, Brown Swiss

The reclining pose complements the standing and grazing Brown Swiss cows by adding a resting pose and is ideal for children who want to depict different behaviors in their farm play. Since each figure is hand-carved and hand-painted, the wood grain varies from piece to piece. Thanks to its flat shape, the figure sits stably on a shelf or within a farm set. Children can place it next to standing cows to reenact a rest break in the pasture. For collectors, it complements the series of Brown Swiss spotted cows in Cow Size 1.
