Wooden Booklet: Birthday

The "Birthday" wooden book by Kiener brings celebrations to life. Colorful birthday motifs—candles, cakes, gifts—appear on sturdy wooden cards that children discover as they flip through the pages. You can use it to prepare for your child’s own birthday, to show them what to expect, or as a companion during the celebration to make up little stories about presents, cake, and guests. Educators can use it to introduce rituals at daycare or create opportunities for language development. The warm wood feels pleasant to the touch and encourages grasping, naming, and storytelling. The little book stays protected in its box and can be brought out years later as a treasured keepsake. Handcrafted in Switzerland, Kiener combines play, learning, and the culture of celebration—a poetic wooden book that makes children’s eyes light up and allows adults to immerse themselves in shared stories.
