Kaleio No. 4: Rebondir

"REBONDIR" is the theme of this issue. Because we move forward on life’s journey with all kinds of steps: small steps, big steps, limping steps, timid steps, courageous steps, and even long strides. Except that sometimes—bam—we hit the ground! Failure is part of the learning process. The most important thing is not to let it get you down. Don’t think you’re a failure or worthless because of that failure; don’t be ashamed or hide away, but instead get back on your feet and keep moving forward—step by step! Like the skateboarder Carlotta, who accepts that she’ll fall when learning new tricks. Or like Viola, who has used a wheelchair since she was very young and loves playing sports. Or like Kira, the comic book’s heroine, who travels through time and meets the courageous Catherine de Watteville.
