A pillowcase touches your skin all night long. That’s all the more reason to take a close look at what it’s made of. The Liam Undyed pillowcase by Lavie is made of 50% Bananatex® and 50% organic cotton—undyed, untreated with chemicals, and in the fabric’s natural color.
Bananatex® is derived from the abacá plant, a wild banana species native to the Philippines. It grows without artificial irrigation or pesticides in a natural permaculture system. The natural pore structure of the abacá fiber ensures a balanced sleeping environment—breathable and moisture-regulating, all night long.
Combined with soft organic cotton, the result is a fabric that feels pleasantly dry and light while remaining exceptionally durable. For everyone who lives a conscious lifestyle.
